What happens if I exceed my table limit?
You can’t add new data sources that would exceed your limit. Existing monitoring continues. Upgrade your plan to add more tables.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Your current table count must fit within the new plan’s limit.
How does proration work?
Upgrades
: You pay the difference immediately, prorated for the remaining billing period.
Downgrades
: No refund for the current period. New rate starts next cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from

. Access continues until the end of your paid period.
How do I get invoices?

. Download PDF receipts for any past payment.
